Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup.....as best as I can remember!!

I started out following a recipe but of course that didn't last long!

celery
carrots
garlic cloves
seasoning
cilantro
oil
onions
rotisserie chicken
avocado
chicken bouillon
chicken broth
can of tomatoes...any kind
chips or tortillas
cheese...any kind i used a cheese with peppers in it

Put oil into hot pan...a couple table spoons....sauté onion, celery, garlic in pan until soft....add carrots...let cook until carrots are starting to brown a little.....add can of tomatoes...all I had was stewed tomatoes so that is what I used.   simmer for a few minutes...  add chicken, broth, bouillon.....I just cooked until veggies were soft .....add sliced avocado, cheese and cilantro.   Garnish with chips(we used Julio's).

As I said earlier....I just kinda used my judgement on times and amounts!!!  I hope this helps those who liked my picture!!!

Thank you alll....
